Crazy Oregon weather

I'm on the central coast, less than 1/4 mile from the ocean and it's currently 93.4 degrees in my yard. Hottest temp ever at this location.

There was a fire on the beach in Lincoln City.
strong cool winds are blowing from the east where I am at a Central, Oregon.
70° here.
