Clackamas County Elections Opens Vote Center Inside the Happy Valley Library for November 4, 2025 Special Election
Happy Valley, OR – Clackamas County Elections will open the pop-up vote center inside the Happy Valley Library starting Monday, Oct. 20 for voters needing assistance for the November 4, 2025 Special Election. The Happy Valley Vote Center provides a closer choice for voters in Happy Valley, Sandy, Damascus and other north-east communities. Voters can choose the location, Clackamas County Elections Office in Oregon City or the Happy Valley Vote Center, that works best for them.
Each voter service location is staffed by sworn election officials. At the vote center citizens can,
- replace a lost or damaged ballot,
- update voter registration information,
- get voting assistance if they have a disability,
- get voting assistance in a preferred language,
- return their voted ballot,
- or vote in person.
