How are Texans doing with cold weather?

I did not lose power but ATT was done in my subdivision since around 3 AM until around 4 this afternoon. It looks like Houston escaped the worse of the freeze but it is not safe to drive. This is from the intersection that I often use to go into town

There will be a hard freeze tonight and tomorrow night. I will be dripping my faucets both nights

My middle child is in Austin which has a ton of ice. She has not lost power and will be working from home tomorrow and Tuesday.

Here is something to cheer up Texans dealing with the freeze

We are not use to these temperatures and so will be staying off the road.
Stay Safe Texans

He's got several inches of snow with ice. High of 22 today. More snow and ice on the way.

We were both at 21 degrees together at some point today. I asked if she was going to make a snow angel. She didn't think it was funny at all since it is a cold she's not used to 😀.
Stay safe and warm.
