https://www.arlnow.com/2024/12/17/just-in-arlington-announces-new-school-zone-speed-cameras/

Eight new school zone speed cameras are being installed around Arlington. The new cameras will start issuing warnings with the start of school after winter break, before issuing $100 tickets to speeders starting Feb. 5. Today’s announcement of the new cameras follows a similar announcement in August, which revealed plans for ten cameras that are now in operation around the county.

The eight new-for-2025 cameras will be installed along N. George Mason Drive, N. Glebe Road, Lorcom Lane, Williamsburg Blvd, N. Veitch Street, S. Arlington Ridge Road, and 2nd Street S.

In total, 8 additional cameras will be installed by January 6, 2025, the start of school after winter break, expanding the program’s safety efforts within Arlington’s network of school zones.

The expanded PhotoSPEED program cameras will be installed at the following locations:

NB 1600 block of N. Glebe Road
WB 4100 block of Lorcom Lane
