xpost from Pets. Abandoned Cats/Kittens in Ohio need help (not far from WV border)
Located in Blue Creek Ohio outside of West Union (Adams county).
Apparently people moved away and left 3 cats and 14 kittens to fend for themselves. One kitten already hit by car. Good samaritan is feeding and will help transport.
