Wisconsin Supreme Court candidates address data center issue

GREEN BAY and NEENAH, Wis. (WBAY) - The issue of data centers has emerged on the campaign trail in the race for an open seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Judge Chris Taylor, the liberal candidate on the ballot, addressed the topic Saturday while speaking to an audience in Neenah. Taylor said if elected, it is an issue she could potentially rule on.

“That’s an issue our policy makers really need to hear from you about. I would get a case that had to do with maybe challenging or challenging a regulation or something like that. The courts wouldn’t get involved unless the case came to us, but I have also heard a lot on this issue too,” Taylor said.
