I just upgraded to Mac OS 10.5 and now can't use Grab.

It quits upon launch. Do I have to reinstall the entire operating system again? Because that would suck.

You're welcome. Rebooting fixes a lot of stuff! But I hate to do it. freshwest Mar 2012 #3

It shouldn't have eliminated it on yours, but when you upgraded, it may have not loaded it in your Dock.

So just in case you haven't done so, try this to see if you still have it:

Go to the Menu Bar along the top of your screen, click on Go, then Applications, then Utilities.

See if it's still there. Then open it and put it back in the Dock, being sure to select to Stay In Dock so it'll be there where you can see it.

Good Luck.

I had it on my desktop when I upgraded, but I think that link got broken some how during the upgrade. I deleted it and emptied my trash, rebooted, then put it on my desktop again. Now it's working fine.

Thanks for the response!
