OpenBSD 5.4 is released, many small irritants fixed

Of particular note (to me, at least):

* MacPPC hardware can now use virtual consoles
* inetd defaults to "off"
* wsdisplay now attaches to inteldrm (this is awesome)
* dhclient (finally) culls obsolete routes
