Katy Perry is a #nastywoman — at least for Hillary Clinton.

The pop star made students Rise early Saturday as she canvassed the University of Nevada, Las Vegas to garner support for the Democratic presidential candidate. Perry went door-to-door to encourage Rebels to capitalize on the Silver State's first day of early voting, and her campaigning outfit was almost too golden.

The Associated Press reports that Perry, with her politics on her sleeve (or rather, the front of her tee), told a group of women: "We’re out here campaigning for Hillary Clinton. Ever heard of her? Because there’s no other alternative. We need our issues heard, we need our bodies taken care of, we need all that choice."

Perry is part of a bevy of celebrities lending their voice to drum up support for the Democratic party. Miley Cyrus also spent her Saturday campaigning, speaking to students at George Mason University and expressing solidarity with Clinton. "Me and Hillary share equality for all," she told students, via Washington's NBC4-TV. "Everyone gets stuck on voting for her out of fear of what could be, but I would vote for her anyway. Trump doesn’t understand how personal it is for women to be in control of their own health – access to checkups, birth control."........................
