We aren't backing down from demanding transparency, more notice and severance for laid-off workers, and an end to the unfair attendance policy for Maximus workers. 1. A hashtag, IMO, implies twitter or FB (maybe others like Instagram) but I avoid those.

I am sure that people here can point the way, or post, if you don't have an account with the large sites.

Perhaps TikTok, now that President Biden has started posting there.
