Anyone ever own a business in a resort area? I just got back from the beach and

I'm thinking...might be nice to have some kind of business there when I retire.

A shack meaning, you don't put much into it so when it washes away with the next hurricane, you are not out much.

A bar, a few stools and tables with umbrellas. Get the ice and rum.

faux abs, airbrushed on. Got the idea from watching the spoof of The 300, where all the actors had fake abs. Have done absolutely nothing to explore the idea, just thought it would be possible to make money with very little in terms of cost or equipment.
