Anyone know of any grant sites?

I have a friend who is a small business owner (pet store) and is looking to open a B&B. I figured this might be a good place to ask if anyone knew of any places to look for grants. Thanks!

It could be where your friend opens the B&B. If its in a blighted area or on a bike path then maybe there are some block grants available through local development corporations.

I think the best possible way to search for grant sites would be to look into Google. You can get good number of sites there.

There were all sorts of disclaimers, ignored, paid like $1200, came up empty. Companies charge a fee to sift through government programs. Can probably look into government programs yourself.

Or find a local chapter of SCORE, service corps of retired executives. They advise on business startups.
