Zoom, remote class frustration

Daughter is monitoring 5th graders's remote class to keep the tyke from "drifting."

Student: (Not my grandson) " We're too tired to sing and dance at the same time."

Teacher: "I'm old and I'm fat and I'm tired, too. If I can sing and dance at the same time, you can, frustrationtoo."

1. You can not imagine the things teachers are being confronted with on these Zoom classes.

2. Yep. It's very hard to do this.

I am a retired teacher. I could never teach a zoom class with the other half of the kids in front of me.

4. Yes, the room and zoom are particularly difficult but some of the things parents are doing

are mind-blowing. Teachers are leaving the profession in droves.
