Instead of focusing on loans. Why dont they ever criticize the costs. Im sorry but 55 thousand a year is obscene!!!!

those Ivy League schools. They've been insanely high for decades.

Room and board pushes it over 60. They do have grants available - need based only - but you have to be pretty poor to get one. Or have more than one child in college at the same time.
And schools like Yale have huge endowments.
It is obscene!
When I went to Berkeley it was practically free.

Maybe similar to my tuition @ an Ohio state university 'a few' years ago, tho I/we paid out of state.
