at 4:54 in this video he states ( as a fact ) "Traditionally Republicans and Conservatives are fiscally vigilant people".

Bullshit!

All one has to do is look at the spending levels and tax cuts. Repukes spend as much or more than Democrats, but on other things...and they cut revenue creating huge deficits... then when Democrats take power they cry "we can't afford X because of the debt!"
