Dr. John McDougall died. He was the leader
In vegan diets way back when. His diet is the closest to diets in the Blue Zones.
He died in his sleep.

and friends. He was 77.

living a healthy life. He was one of my "gate way" doc's for a healthy living program...

of the plant based lifestyle. I have watched numerous videos about veganism that included interviews with him.

I picked it up for a dollar at the Goodwill store in 1989. I still have it and I just used the whole wheat muffin recipe yesterday.
