Thursday, Russian President Vladimir Putin is set to touch down in China, his first trip abroad since since the start of his fifth presidential term last week.

To cook up more evil plans.
Some of those plans involve destroying democracy across the planet.

Xi is trying to navigate a demographic crisis.
Putin has no clue about building a national economy beyond oil and gas.
