Examples from Star Trek ('The Cage') to Lem ('Futurological Congress') give us clues on how Russia tries to influence people's minds in free democratic countries. Although the video is intended to be light-hearted, its subject is serious. People need to be aware of how minds on the margin can be influenced to become populist rather than thinking in terms of the whole world community. We want to make the world a better place and to do so, an awareness of the processes of geopolitical entities that influence us is valuable to keep democracy genuinely free.
