Update: Two Amish Brothers Who Avoided Jail For Rape, Violate Probation

Two Amish brothers who avoided jail time for raping and impregnating their 13-year-old sister are back in court 'after violating their probation by contacting her'

Two Amish brothers from Missouri who were spared prison time last week after pleading guilty to downgraded charges for the rape of their 13-year-old sister could have their probation revoked for allegedly contacting the victim.

Aaron Schwartz, 22, and 18-year-old Petie Schwartz were back in Webster County Courthouse on Webster for a hearing after prosecutor Ben Berkstresser filed a motion accusing the brothers of violating the terms of their probation by having contact with their sister at her home.

1. It keeps talking about four brothers raping the sister, but then only two charged.

2. To explain why he suspended the brothers' sentence, the prosecutor said:

'These two young men would've been eaten alive in the state prison system.'

I guess he meant they would be raped. By men who were older and larger than they were and who had power over them.

Much like what they did to the 12 year old sister that they raped and impregnated.

So many men out there who really don't see females as human.

5. She was raped by the courts too. No justice for the victim.

And losing two farmhands probably didn't make her too popular at home either.

She would've been better off in Foster care. Then the only danger is cable TV.
