They had 95,000 new cases this week and the Worldometers chart shows the bar graph and it is their 2nd highest outbreak. Is Putin spending his county's money on the war and not his citizens' health?

(20,166 posts)1. Seems so. His war has tanked their economy and winter is coming.
One would think the people have had enough of him but Im reading he is gonna run to get re elected for another term in 2024 two six year terms! Hes been president for 23 years and is 71 so 16 years more is quite a run.
