Many of us find it difficult to get in enough protein as we age. I know that I can’t eat much now that I’m in my 70s and I’m finding meat to be unappealing.

So often these miracle nutraceuticals are cost prohibitive for most people, but I get 400 x 1000mg capsules for about $20. And possibly it can be purchased for less.
