(Huey Howey?) when I started watching Silo I I had no idea of the connection. (Until wool cleaning came out!). Books were excellent. Series just amazing! Nice to see someone else watching. We rewatched series 1 to prepare. Can’t wait!!

The books I read had titles "Wool" and "Dust". I didn't read the third book, which is a prequel to the other two.

The author of the "Silo" trilogy is Hugh Howey.

I watched Season 2 Episode 1 (S2E1) today. I'll watch S2E2 the day after tomorrow.

Some of the action in S2E1 will make sense only to someone who has read "Wool".

Sims is head of security for IT (in Wool) or for Judicial (in the TV series). Walk(er) (in Wool) becomes Martha Walker (in the TV series). Only in the TV series is there a rule against microscopes, and that rule doesn't make any sense to me.

Critics have complained that the actor Common, who plays Sims, is not a believable bad guy. He doesn't inspire dread the way a "heavy" is supposed to.
