Anyone watching The Politician on Netflix?
I am totally fascinated.
And once Bette Midler entered the drama, well, I love her. What can I say?
Young and old. Ethics and morality. Terrific dialogue. Unreal, but all the issues in the plot line.
Very well crafted.

(3,300 posts)1. Huh. I skipped it because it looked like
a teen romcom thing, geared to teens. Will have to take another look!

are the moms of two main characters. Yes, the plot centers on adolescents early on--and does have too many episodes devoted to establishing the teen characters IMO--but the conflicts are inter generational.

(3,300 posts)6. I'm just watching the opening scene
and then the opening montage - I think I misjudged. This does look more interesting than they presented it. Thanks for posting, this is my next binge!
