I just walked half a mile! My right leg is total jello right now but I did it!

After my relapse last month I wasn't able to walk more than a couple hundred feet without my leg giving out on me.

Boy as I'm sitting here typing this my leg is all pins and needles but it doesn't matter, I finally walked half a mile!

Sheesh when I think I used to run 10K races for fun....well, those days are over for me.

Gone secondary progressive now but that can only be confirmed over the course of a year or two with MRIs, objective signs of deterioration without relapses causing it, etc.

I will be happy when I can walk up and down stairs. A half mile is a way off for me. I know how you feel about the 10k races.

I used to be a dance instructor while in my twenties. When I first got sick I got so depressed I couldn't even listen to music for two years because it reminded me of so much I had lost. It was a very difficult time.

In any case, I'm glad you're moving forward.
