Looking for advice regarding dental implants or dentures.

I can't afford 30-60,000 dollars which is only price I'm seeing. Any suggestions ?

2. Many US ciizens use Mexican dentists.

I think that many of them are trained here. Although I am sure that Mexico is perfectly able to produce well trained dentists as well.

Couldn't get the lowers at the same time. Now my lower teeth have had it and uppers need replacement. I got some $$$ when my Mom died so I used it for the dentures which all together was about 6000 dollars about 10 years ago.

and going down there is pretty common. I went down there for Lazik eye surgery in 1999. Lots of people go down there...quick and easy.

I just Googled "costs of dental implants in Mexico" and got tons of info. I suggest looking into it. Due to Covid there may be restrictions.

7. Also try Dental Schools. They often do work at a much lower rate or free.

And if I could afford implants I'd just get lowers. My uppers are tight all day and the uppers have never needed a reline. My lowers always have been problematic. I do relines & the standard job the discount place did was so poor I have had to modify them greatly. I'm good at those things that is a bonus. But damn if I was stuck with what they gave me the last time-ouch city can't eat. And that is all too common.

My lowers are at bone in places and I'm wishing I could get implants. Properly done that is.

recommend specific clinics in Mexico they have experience with? Thinking of bringing my daughter's boyfriend there as he needs work done but can't find any local dentists who will take on new patients right now. He may need some cavities fixed and wisdom teeth removal.

10. Algodones, Just West of Yuma Arizona is known as Molar City

For all the dental clinics there. A LOT of Winter Visitors go there. There are also more than a few 'medical tourism' businesses that will help take care of transportation and logistics. I have family in Yuma, and it's a nice little jaunt to go over and pick up some prescriptions for a sizable markdown. e.g. Name brand Celebrex for a third of what the local pharmacy charges for generic.

11. Do you have dental insurance? You might look into mini-implants although that's not as permanent a

solution as a regular implant. Perhaps you could do a combination of the 2 different kinds of implants?
I have 4 implants (single teeth) and am very satisfied.
