I have rheumatoid

arthritis. I take Humira along with methotrexate. I have had my first Pfizer vaccine and no problems-just sore arm for one day. Late next week I get my second dose. Has anyone who takes these drugs had a any problems after the second dose?

Twelve hours after the second shot I had a headache that lasted for another twelve hours. My wife was tired the day after the second shot in addition to the arm pain.

She takes hydroxychloroquine and methotrexate for her RA. It's been 11 days since she had the Pfizer second dose.

the info. Good to know. I used to take hydroxychloroquine, but had to stop it 5 years ago due to eye problems from it. Does she get her eyes checked at least once a year? I took it for over thirty years and it became a problem. Most people don’t have eye problems when they take it though.

and has reduced her dosage by half in the last year. She has hopes she may be able to be weaned from it entirely but time will tell.

pretty bad flare for over a year after I went off hydroxychloroquine, but I increased my methotrexate and eventually I got RA under control. It wasn’t easy going off it I will warn.

73 had no issues with her R.A. - but her Crohn's disease was triggered for a few days.

I noticed after my first shot my sacroilacs acted up. I have AS. Second shot of Pfizer is April 7th.

Thank you for sharing. I know we *need it* but those of us who suffer physical challenges due to Autoimmune Diseases - can help each other prepare.
