Hi all

I'm new here but since this forum exists, I just wanted to say hell.

My regular job is Paramedic, but I'm also a certified personal trainer if anyone has any questions that I can answer, please feel free to ask, or pm me.

3 to 5 miles 3 or 4 times a week. I’ve found those walks and jogs are the best antidepressant ever. Seems to improve every aspect of my life. Do I have an addiction?

Welcome to DU, DemMedic!

DU is a grand romper room full of tinkers, thinkers, activists and helpers.

Basically people who pay attention to the world, but with the affliction of enlarged empathy.

Cheers,

Have you considered a treadmill.

I find I can manage my time better because my bike is right next to my bed.

When I walk, I walk my golden, my dog.
I do "mindful walking" where i try not to let my mind wander and I focus on my steps.

the warm weather is around the corner and I have access to pools, so God willing, I will swim
