Some of it looks to be extremely arduous. I like it, but there's nothing like in my area (the gym I use, or the other one in town.)

Because of all the training needed to be an instructor. It was probably the hardest workout I have ever done in my life. I used muscles I didn't even knew existed and I am still feeling them.

It looks cool though. I've never done pilates but I'm interested in trying it. I think I'd like it better than straight weights.

My favorite is the reformer and have one at home but started to get lazy so I tried out a new studio. The variety of equipment and instuctor is great in my new studio. I also like mat work but do that at home. You should try it.
