Ten Essentials Exercises for Strength and Flexibility

I’ve been doing a mix of these for years and I happened upon this article. Makes sense to do these once a week as a minimum to maintain the baseline.

One thing that is often overlooked for maintaining and improving flexibility and range of motion is using a foam roller. It's good for the fascia, which is the envelope that surrounds muscles. If that tissue is stiff, it really restricts the potential movement of muscles.
