about your disability and the chance of losing it? Your "partner" does not sound like a reliable source of information .

I want to move out off this state and now its you'll lose your disability within a year. Its a control move. I finally told him when he threatened cutting off bill money that that's fine, I'll call them so they start eviction, and in 30 days we can go our seperate ways finally. That's shut him up

I have a son on SSDI and have never heard he could not leave the state he's in. Since it's through the feds, how would the state even matter? If it were Medicaid, it would probably need a new application in a new state, but not SSDI.

I just did a quick Google search and I'm right.

Google is definitely a better friend than your guy, at this point in his life, anyway.

I think this is some mind game. He sits and argues politics all day. I refuse to even listen at this point.

I want to eventually move from here and for some reason he wants to stay. Its not his home state. I didn't even listen to his stupidity.

If i got more money id b gone. I'm supposedly on his pension. Ten yrs but I'm wondering if its worth it. I'm getting nastier to his abuse basically telling him lets part. He was scaring me that hed leave and take the money away and i got so sick of it i told him gtfo and I'm. Not standing in his way.

He felt like "packing his bags and leaving" and i said go ahead I'm not crying or begging u to stay and he was shocked.
