So my son is getting his hair cut after a year and a half. He is working hard on his exercise and nutrition. We had to reschedule the appointment for his neurologist because she was unavailable but he is still using the Emgality. He is looking at jobs and looking to go back to school in the fall. He is a great help cleaning at home. Still working on his sleep schedule but I am encouraged by how the migraine medication is working. The weather is helping his mood as well. Overall I am very proud of the effort he is putting in. I am just putting out more positive and healing vibes for him and everyone else going through depression, insomnia and migraines.

(10,420 posts)I know you both have been through a lot and for you I know that the worst thing in the world is watching your child suffer. Peace to you and your son.

(3,093 posts)It's a roller coaster ride but it's feeling better now. I know that it's not all rainbows and sunshine but I feel like he is moving forward. I am very proud of him. I hate seeing him in pain or suffering. I know it's a lifelong journey and I am doing my best to do my part.
