(1,200 posts)It is NOT available to everyone. It is if you have internet access, friends, family, transportation, healthcare, don't live in a rural area, don't have agoraphobia, don't have severe social phobia, had it ignored all your life until you gave up.
For many it is just 'waiting to die' time.
Sorry to be so depressing on your post. I get your wanting to help but, it just doesn't work that way.
