When I get stressed out over all this stuff, I get away from the computer.
I read some of my old books that I haven't touched in decades.
I organize some aspect of my home life.
I listen to music!
Or write poetry. Apparently anxiety is good for me on that count.
I walk around in the garden and photograph the coming spring.
All of these help!

And I have disliked his policies & loathed him since 1999. That he is providing leadership now, well my dislike him is lessened maybe 4%.
