i also love the fact that i'm not giving money to tobacco companies - except maybe indirectly. i guess this e-cig nicotine has to come from somewhere. but omg, my sense of smell and taste has returned (never knew it was gone) and my bedroom, the only place in the house i used to smoke, stinks to high heaven. i would rip up the carpet and and buy new drapes but all my money is tied up in change (as in coins in a coffe can on the fridge.)

Remember, a crave is only a few minutes long. So if you log on there and ask for help, suggestions, etc. you'll get through it. Lots of people there on e cigarettes.

for one, i don't want to be a slave to anything and secondly it leaves me open to a smoking relapse if i don't have my e-cig. but i still love the fact i haven't been taking in those carcinogens. i'll check out the site - thanks.

When I first did it after vaping for a while, I couldn't really even tell the difference between juice with nic or without, there may be a slight extra kick to the +nic but that's about it. I'm personally convinced real nicotine is no more addictive than caffeine, but rather, it's what the cig companies do by freebasing it that makes it so powerful to overcome.

I rarely even use the ecig. Usually just a puff or two at the end.of a.stressful day or at happy hour I never crave cigs. Thanks for asking.
