Breakfast Tuesday 6 January 2026

Later this morning I am planning on mixing cherry tomatoes, avocado cubes, jalapeno into cottage cheese and a pot of hot tea.

The supermarket had those big ones so I bought more! They are so delicious. Chopped crystallized ginger and Greek yogurt with them.

Also a few tangelos.

Toasted English muffin.

Raspberry lemon tea.

Though not as good as fresh berries, we need to start eating them. We have three blueberry bushes, and they'll be producing more berries come June. Think I'll set some out to thaw, and make blueberry pancakes tomorrow morning .
