It's on the Pacific about an hour or so drive from Panama City.

There's a gentleman who fishes every morning then filets the catch and sells them down the road from us. A lady has a produce stand across the street from him and her fruits and vegetables are fresh, delicious and inexpensive.

Steamed them along with a mess of broccoli that I tossed in mustard sauce. Also made air-fried seasoned potatoes and red cabbage with apples. Cheers!🥂
