I'm starting off with steamed broccoli over quinoa and topped with sesame sauce.
next up will be Chicken Marbella. My friend Myra lived close to the Silver Palate and we would get this on weekends when I visited. It has a marinade made of olive oil, vinegar, prunes, olives, capers, bay leaves, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Kombucha: strawberry-passion fruit.
Dessert: hot Earl Grey and a chocolate chip biscotti.

(23,149 posts)I sauteed some chicken, with onion, mushrooms, and pepperoni, added some red sauce. Topped it with some Parmesan and shredded mozzarella. Had some frozen blueberries, too.

(1,922 posts)My wife went out for an early dinner with friends at a Thai restaurant and just brought me back an order of veggies and tofu pad Thai. This particular restaurant does a great job with this dish; its still so flavorful without fish sauce or eggs. Cheers!🥂
