then I bowed out because....well, carbs. Now I realize I made the wrong decision. Is it difficult to control the moisture from peaches? What do you do to avoid a "soggy bottom," as they say on the Great British Bakeoff?

Obviously I did not add strawberries but everything else I did the same. She tells you to pour off the juice before you spoon the fruit mixture onto the dough. And chill it before baking. That helped but I did notice the bottom was a bit soggy. I will have to see what I can find to remedy that. I love this website and use it often.
