I mean, its probably good, but once my burger patties are cooked, Im going to slap them on buns and eat, not fuss with puff pastry and the oven.

(38,183 posts)2. I think I might do it as a minature beef wellington with a 4-6 ounce steak, in winter as a special Sunday dish
I do like onion buns for cheeseburgers.

Tips are, if I recall correctly, one table spoon of mayo mixed in, I believe he either puts salt and pepper on both sides or mixes it in. And final tip I recall is mustard of the bottom and ketchup on top.
