If this is a new construction site owner needs to provide a portable toilet. Required when pulling building permits.

Fine, leave. Leave the job as is, submit a bill for the work you did and supplies purchased, be prepared to file a lien to get paid.

is this the woman's home? who do these guys work for? themselves or a company? she is clearly an asshole but maybe she is some kind of contractor and that isn't her house. she seems to be helping them??? weird scene. either way they need access to a bathroom so she seems to be in the wrong no matter what but I could see some situation where she is supervising them and the actual owner doesn't want strangers in their bathroom. should have a portapotty on site then. they don't cost much. WTF?

It's right there in the title of the o.p.:

home owner won't let flooring guys use her bathrooms. "go to the bathroom at home"

She's got these guys working on a job in her home and thinks they shouldn't be allowed to use her precious toilet, presumably because they will leave their lower class cooties on it or something.

I don't know if there's something else involved, like a racial element, because I can't get the video to work. But it seems obvious that, for whatever reason, she considers them beneath her and not worthy to take a piss in her highness' toilet.

.

She came from a modest background and always tried to impress on everyone that she was better than everyone else. She's the kind that when she shakes your hand, she quickly puts her arm and hand straight out and then bends her hand down 45 degrees, then she doesn't close her hand but leaves it stiff as a board.

This OP reminds me of just one of the ways she failed at this endeavor, and she proudly boasted about it.

She had a nice home, in an above average community, not a posh development, but an OK one.

Her one kid had a birthday party and there were about 15 kids and their parents invited to it. Well, she refused to let anyone into the house, even though she had a half-bath just off the slider door. Instead, she had them use a Porta Potty. Everyone at work looked at each other as she boasted how smart that was, as she didn't want the rug rats to track dirt into the house.

I ask them to use the guest bathroom. That’s who it is for, guests. They always seem super appreciative. It never would enter my mind that some people wouldn’t let them use a bathroom. Seems cruel to me.

She’s micromanaging the workers. The job is hard enough as it is and from the looks of it, gonna take a long time putting tile down right. She doesn’t deserve their services and most likely taking advantage of their language barrier and maybe status. Horrible person

I also offer them cold water every so often.

Years ago, when I was living in another house where the houses were close together, I looked out my window and saw a roofer peeing on the side of my neighbor's house. (His roof, not mine.) Ever since then I tell people where the facilities are.
