Dinner tonite is the last of last summer's Butternut Squash

Which we will bake then squash and serve with pork sausage in the seed cavity.

This years squash is in the 6 inch pots awaiting last avg frost date to pass before planting

savory and sweet. I might try putting sausage in it next time!
