The kittens have had their first flea comb - not a whole lot of fleas.

For the most part, they were very cooperative. Gwyn, of course, thought it was play time. Carys was compliant. Eira was not particularly pleased with the process but afterwards she was handed to me for a good snuggle.

The next few days will be spent on increasing Eira and Carys' comfort with human contact. With Gwyn, it's more of just playing with him because he seems SO comfortable with being held. He immediately starts in with the nibbles, kisses and purring.

I still can't get over the timing of this - having my friend arrive just in time to catch these babies and having her expertise to reassure me things are going great.
