U.S. authorities crackdown on medical marijuana spots

The federal crackdown on state legalized medical marijuana facilities has grown to become a rising issue across the United States, as a new report from Al Jazeera documents.

California is an epicenter for the law enforcement crackdown despite being one of the dozen states to legalize medical marijuana, including a recent raid at Oaksterdam University in Oakland.

A Friend of mine and his Wife just spent 4/20 in a Nevada Jail after Police responded next Door to a Disturbance by a Neighbor..
Then entered My Friends Apartment where they said they smelled Pot... They entered with No Warrant and arrested him and his Wife..
They have Doctors Recs for the Cannabis but Nevada does not recognized California Recs..
The Judge told him that the results would have been the same anyway..
Now two Very Disabled People who were in their Apartment not bothering a sole are in legal trouble and dept today....

Did we not used to think it was a bad thing to arrest people by breaking into their home without a warrant? Fucking crazy.
