So how accurate is the Palmer report?

I remember they had some stories around the election that were seemingly big news but rated "not proven" on Snopes and now they have Mueller anonymous tweeted like who are they to get these scoops.

I personally have never passed them on but they seem to tell stories no one else is reporting on. Am I just paranoid?
