‘It’s done’ — House Armed Services chair sees no need to further probe boat strike

The Republican chair of the House Armed Services Committee said he doesn’t see the need to further investigate a controversial military strike that killed survivors of an attack on an alleged drug running vessel in September. ... But committee members are still set to hear from the commander who ordered the strike and see the unedited video of the incident in the coming days.

“It’s done,” Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Ala.) told reporters Tuesday when asked about his next moves to probe the incident. “I’ve got all the answers I needed.”

What’s next? That’s unlikely to sit well with Democrats who’ve pressed for a full investigation, including public hearings.

Rogers and other leaders of the House and Senate Armed Services and Intelligence panels met last week with U.S. Special Operations Command chief Adm. Frank Bradley, who oversaw the strike, and viewed the footage in a classified briefing.

How can you trust someone to make military decisions who is so unaware and insecure?

That picture, Bad Wig is surrounded by baldies—the Dem to his right and the guy looking at his cell.

To add a little existential commentary, we have 3 round globes above.

I read initially as existential comedy.

When the world laughs at you and not with you. 😄🤓

Fun fact: fear of bald people is peladophobia.
Which I am immediately concerned about acquiring as a result of the expanding lack of inhibitions in our US Nazi cohort.

It's certainly notable how popular elective baldness is becoming.

They're posting before and afters. Mostly younger guys and I think they look great bald.

Hopefully, the days of bad wigs are numbered...

He's a cheapskate. That thing looks nappy and disgusting like it has never been serviced, cleaned or stored anywhere but in a junk drawer. It looks like he sleeps in it.

Daily Toupee Maintenance Tips

Consistent daily care will reduce long-term damage and help preserve your hair system’s appearance.

Detangle Every Morning: Use a soft-bristle brush or wide-tooth comb to remove overnight tangles. Be especially gentle around the crown and nape areas.
Avoid Sleeping in Your Toupee: Sleeping with your unit on increases the risk of friction, matting, and base damage. Always remove it before bed.
Minimize Heat Styling: Just like natural hair, frequent use of hot tools can dry out and weaken toupee hair. Opt for heat-free styling methods whenever possible.
Store It Properly: When not in use, keep your toupee on a wig stand, away from sunlight, heat, or humidity. This helps retain shape and prevents tangling.

... is it possible for someone to even tolerate him, never mind like? Forget about loving a liar so devoid of character that he brushes off irrefutable recorded evidence of blatant murder.

Who furnished the information that justified the attack?
No idea.
Who ordered the attack?
Republicans.
Who ordered the killing of the survivors?
Republicans.

He did indeed get all the answers any Republican needed.

I, too, have seen all I need to make up my mind about this Pentagon operation.
