1950 should be plenty.

I could sign up for college on the ROTC. This would put me in the service as an officer in 1954. About a year before Trump is scheduled to receive his first draft deferment, I should have been able to engineer an assignment as commander of the Army Induction Station at 39 Whitehall Drive in NYC...just in time to tell the Tangerine Nightmare that his course of study is not sufficient grounds to defer him from immediate enlistment in the Army.
