Hello all! Im a writer and horrible at poetry (although I do enjoy reading it) but Im working on a play about a cowboy poet. Most of the poems will be from a singer/songwriter and are complete. But Im trying to absorb as much as I can on my end of this genre.
Does anyone have a poet or a compilation they favor that you could recommend?
Thanks!
