Beasts and killers
No humanity
Focused on the depths of Hell
As if it were a holiday
Hunger an excuse
To maim, to harm, to kill
Hunger for power
Thirst for significance
Among the gangs of roving apes
In fake uniforms
Bought at the price
Of civilization
A price so great
That we all go down with them
Back to the darkened caves
In our descent.
