Now, I don't blame them one bit for being angry, after folks have been pointing out (including this season with his appearance at Texas A&M vs. Notre Dame) that he has shown up with Texas teams losing in the past. However, there's one problem this go-round: Cruz sent out a post on X to let everyone know that after his appearances for campaign rallies in both New Braunfels and Boerne on Saturday... he was NOT at the game.

There is nothing in that picture that identifies it as at that football game. It doesn't even look like any area you would see in a football stadium. Beware of random trolls posting fake pictures on the internet.
