MLB bans two Yankees fans who interfered with Dodgers' Betts

NEW YORK -- Major League Baseball has banned two fans who interfered with Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts during a World Series game at Yankee Stadium from attending games at big league ballparks

"Based on your conduct, Major League Baseball is banning you indefinitely from all MLB stadiums, offices, and other facilities," the letter said. "You are also hereby banned indefinitely from attending any events sponsored by or associated with MLB. Please be advised that if you are discovered at any MLB property or event, you will be removed from the premises and subject to arrest for trespass."

3. Unless they post their pix at every gate I don't see it as enforceable.

Of course there's face recognition tech now, but I'm not so sure they have those everywhere.
The threat of attest will probably be enough to keep them at home in front of the big screen though.

4. You'd be surprised. Soccer weeded out hooligans 20 years ago

There was actual hooliganism culture. From literature to the beginning of blogging etc.

Hooliganism were ID’ed by specific clubs and often barred from travel to Scotland France Germany etc.

I love that one if these nooks was a season ticket holder….was.

The team said Friday the two fans MLB banned were not season-ticket holders. The Post reported Friday that the person who is the season ticket holder was not at the game and will be allowed to keep them.

From what I understand, a large % of Braves tickets are bought by UPS and Coca Cola.

9. Well, it said "the person" who is the holder wasn't at the game.

And those tickets were way down the right field line. I’d assume (maybe incorrectly) that major corporations would have better seats.
